Privacy policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

The RoundKeep app is separate from this store

This policy covers roundkeep.app and the RoundKeep store, including Shopify checkout, operated by TimeSlower LLC ("RoundKeep", "we", "us"). Together these are the "Services". It does not cover the RoundKeep app, which has its own privacy policy at roundkeep.app/privacy. "Services" in this policy never includes the app.

The store is kept completely apart from the app:

  • The store, Shopify and our advertising partners never receive anything from the app: no firearm records, ammo inventory, practice logs, target photos, scores or app usage data.
  • We never connect store purchases to anyone's use of the app, and we never use app data for advertising. This will not change.
  • Website analytics and app analytics are stored separately and never combined.
  • Buying targets doesn't change how the app treats your data. Target analysis in the app runs entirely on your device.
  • The QR code on our target pads opens the App Store or Google Play. We count how many downloads come from those codes; that count says nothing about who you are or what you do in the app.

The rest of this policy describes the information the store and website do use, for orders, analytics and advertising. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this policy, this policy controls for how we handle personal information.

What we collect and why

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message. Order support may include your order number and photos you send us.

If you ask to be notified when a product is available, we collect your email address and the product you asked about. Translation suggestions include your suggestions, notes, language and an email address if you provide one. We use Formspree to receive website form submissions, and we use this information to reply or send the notification you asked for.

When you shop, Shopify processes your cart, products, quantities, discount codes and order. Checkout collects the contact, shipping and billing information needed to process your order. Shopify hosts checkout and Authorize.net processes payments. Your full card number never passes through our website, and we don't see or store it; our order records show only the card brand and last four digits.

We use order information to fulfill purchases, send order updates, handle returns, keep business records and prevent fraud. We give shipping information to USPS or UPS to deliver your order. We send marketing email only if you sign up for it, for example at checkout, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We also use personal information to comply with the law, respond to valid legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others, including in a business transaction such as a merger or sale.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to remember your cart and preferences and to measure how the website is used. Browser storage keeps your cart, dismissed notices and translation drafts. Session storage records the first page you landed on and any campaign or ad-click identifiers in that link. We attach this information, and analytics identifiers when available, to your Shopify cart so we can tell where orders came from.

Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to tell browsers and visits apart. Google receives website activity, browser and device information and these identifiers.

Analytics, advertising and service providers

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, product interest, cart activity, notification requests, downloads and checkout clicks. Store events can include product identifiers, quantities, prices and totals. We use Google Ads conversion measurement when someone clicks an app download link. Notification events record that a signup happened and for which product, never the email address.

Third parties, including Google and Meta, use cookies and similar technologies on our website to measure our advertising and to help show relevant ads.

We use the Meta pixel to measure our advertising and help show relevant ads. Meta receives website activity such as page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and notification requests, with product identifiers, values, browser information and advertising identifiers. It never receives the email address you enter in our forms. The pixel uses cookies such as _fbp and _fbc.

When you complete an order, our Shopify checkout reports the purchase to Google Analytics: an order identifier, the products, quantities and prices paid, the order value, currency, shipping, tax and any discount code. Google Analytics doesn't receive your name, email address, phone number or address from the checkout.

Cloudflare delivers our website. Shopify provides store and checkout services. Formspree handles website forms. These providers receive the information they need to provide their services, including technical information about each request.

Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides our store and checkout and processes personal information about your use of them to provide and improve its services. Information you submit at checkout is shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries. We use certain Shopify features that combine information about your interactions with our store with information from other merchants and from Shopify. In those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing, including responding to your requests about it. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal at privacy.shopify.com.

Your privacy choices

You can block or delete cookies and clear website storage in your browser settings. This can remove your saved cart and preferences. Blocking cookies doesn't necessarily stop all analytics or server-side measurement.

To opt out of interest-based advertising from companies that take part in the Digital Advertising Alliance program, visit aboutads.info/choices. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can control how Meta uses activity from advertising partners in Meta's Ad Preferences, under "Activity information from ad partners".

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. For that browser, the website and checkout don't send anything to advertising partners. Google Analytics still runs, because we use it only to measure the website and not for advertising. Browsers such as Brave and DuckDuckGo send GPC by default, and Firefox can turn it on in its settings. To opt out without GPC, contact us through roundkeep.app/support. We don't recognize other "Do Not Track" signals.

For privacy requests, or to cancel a product notification, contact us through roundkeep.app/support.

US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, get a copy of, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. Send requests through roundkeep.app/support. We may need to verify your identity for access, correction or deletion requests. An authorized agent may act for you where the law allows; we'll ask for proof that you authorized them. You can appeal a denied request through the same page, or complain to your local data protection authority. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Sharing identifiers, browsing activity, purchase information or customer-list information with advertising partners can count as a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out with Global Privacy Control or through roundkeep.app/support, as described under "Your privacy choices". We don't sell personal information for money.

Children

The store is for adults. You must be at least 18 to place an order. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us through roundkeep.app/support and we'll delete it.

Retention

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes above: answering requests, fulfilling orders, handling returns, keeping required business records and resolving disputes. First-touch information lasts for the browser session, though copies attached to carts and orders last longer. Other browser storage stays until you clear it.

  • Orders and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, up to 7 years.
  • Support and data-deletion emails: 2 years after the conversation ends.
  • Product notification signups: until we send the notification you asked for, then deleted. We don't add these addresses to any marketing list.
  • Translation suggestions: until we've reviewed them, then deleted, except the suggestions we use.
  • Google Analytics: event-level data is kept for 2 months; Google keeps aggregated reports.

Security

No security measures are perfect, and information sent over the internet may not be secure in transit. Please don't send sensitive information, such as card numbers, through email or our contact forms.

Third-party websites

Our website links to sites we don't control, such as the App Store and Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply there.

International transfers

We and our service providers may store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the transfer is to a country with an adequacy decision.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when our practices change. We'll post the revised policy on this page, update the "Last updated" date and give notice as required by law.

Contact

Should you have any questions about our privacy practices or this Privacy Policy, or if you would like to exercise any of the rights available to you, please contact us through roundkeep.app/support, or write to us at the mailing address listed there.
