Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. PO boxes are fine; they ship by USPS. We don't ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or outside the US yet.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, and always within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) of the day we receive your completed order. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

If we can't ship within 5 business days, we'll email you before that deadline with a new expected ship date. You can agree to wait or cancel for a full refund, including shipping and tax. If we don't hear back, we'll cancel and refund the unshipped items.

Shipping cost and carriers

Standard shipping is $8.00 per order, and free on orders of $70 or more (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax). You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package. PO box addresses always ship by USPS.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and service and starts once your order ships. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Changes and cancellations

To cancel or change your order (design, address), contact us through roundkeep.app/support as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll make the change or cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can return unused pads under our Refund Policy.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we'll contact you and either reship it (you pay the new shipping) or refund the pads and tax.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived by the carrier's estimated date, contact us through roundkeep.app/support. We'll check with the carrier and get back to you promptly. If the carrier can't confirm delivery, we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
