Refund policy

Returns

You can return unused target pads for a refund. Request a return within 30 days of delivery through our contact page (roundkeep.app/support) with your order number. We'll reply with the return address; please send the pads within 14 days after that. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Returned pads must have all 25 sheets and the backing, unused and in their original condition. Used pads (any sheet torn off or shot) can't be returned.

For gifts, the return needs the order number, and the refund goes to the purchaser's original payment method.

For these change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you and original shipping charges aren't refunded. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us through roundkeep.app/support with your order number. We'll reply by email; send photos of the affected pads and the packaging in that reply. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you can. Once we've reviewed it, we'll replace or refund the affected pads, whichever you prefer. Replacements ship free. We usually don't need the item back; if we do, we'll send a prepaid return label.

Packs

Packs (2-pad and 4-pad) are sold as one item, at a lower price per pad than singles. For change-of-mind returns, a pack must be returned whole, with every pad unused. If a pad in a pack arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we replace or refund that pad on its own, as described above.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method:

Change-of-mind returns: the returned pads plus tax, within 5 business days after your return arrives and we've checked it.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items: the affected pads plus tax, within 5 business days after we approve your claim. If we refund your whole order, we refund the original shipping too.
Cancelled orders (by you before shipping, or by us): everything you paid, including shipping and tax, within 5 business days after the cancellation.

Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the refund.
