Overview

This store, at roundkeep.app, is operated by TimeSlower LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Store Privacy Policy (roundkeep.app/policies/privacy-policy - the RoundKeep app has its own privacy policy at roundkeep.app/privacy). We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products

We sell printed paper shooting targets. We try to show designs, colors and sizes accurately, but printed colors may differ slightly from your screen. The targets are designed to be scanned and scored in the RoundKeep app for iPhone and Android, which has its own terms and privacy policy. The app is free to download, and scanning and scoring targets is free; some other app features require a subscription. The product page describes what the app does with each target today; future app features aren't promised.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Price changes apply to future orders, not ones you've already placed. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order - for example, for a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll cancel and refund it rather than charge you more. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Checkout is hosted by Shopify, and payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.

Safe use

Targets are for use at a range or other safe, legal shooting location. You're responsible for using them safely and legally, following range rules, firearm safety practices and the law where you shoot.

Intellectual property

Our original artwork, the RoundKeep name and logo, and the content of this site are owned by or licensed to TimeSlower LLC. Free printable targets on the site are for personal use only and may not be resold.

Your rights

These terms and our other policies don't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including warranty rights that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
